Income tax returns – last date extended
The CBDT has extended the date for obtaining the report of audit under section 44AB of the Income-tax Act, 1961(this is for the audit report for businesses having turnover of more than Rs.40 lakhs and professionals having more than Rs.10 Lakhs income) and filing the return of fringe benefits from 31st October to 30th November 2006.
