Anti dumping duty on POY

Government has imposed anti dumping duty on partially oriented yarn generally known as POY, originating in or exported from People's Republic of China. The anti-dumping duty imposed shall be effective up to and inclusive of the 1^st day of February 2007 and shall be payable in Indian currency.
