Government has announced new drawback rates for Hand-bags and shopping bags, of cotton, Other headgear, whether or not lined or trimmed, Leather caps, Combs, hair-slides and the like, hairpins, curling pins, curling grips, hair-curlers, Combs made of polypropylene.
