Anti dumping duty on Aniline continued
The anti dumping duty imposed on Aniline originating in, or exported from Japan and United States of America imposed vide notification No. 128/2000-Customs expired on 9th April 2006. The Designated Authority initiated investigation on continuation of this duty and recommended its continuation as there was injury to domestic industry. So the duty is re imposed. But what happens during the period from 10th April to 9th June 2006 when there was no duty?
