AARUL(CET) RULS FROM 26TH JANUARY

The Authority for Advance Rulings (Customs, Central Excise and Service Tax) Procedure Regulations, 2005, notified to be effective from 26^th January 2005. Persons appearing before the Authority are to be properly dressed and no weapons, mobile phones, sticks, arms or other weapons will be allowed into the room where the Authority conducts its proceedings.
