Collection of Countervailing Duty on Subsidized Articles and Determination of Injury – Government amend rules
Government has amended the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Countervailing Duty on Subsidized Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995 to give detailed rules and procedures for determining the amount of duty.
