Cricket Board Secretary summoned by Service Tax DC
A DC in Rajkot has summoned the Secretary of the Saurashtra Cricket Association to appear before him on 3rd January 2006. The departrment had sent several letters to the Cricket Association and as there was no response, now summons are sent. What will happen if the Secretary does not attend?. Department wants to take applicable actions. Pray, what are they?
