Customs - New Determination of Origin Rules Notified
GOVERNMENT has notified the new Customs Tariff (Determination of Origin of Products under the Duty Free Tariff Preference Scheme for Least Developed Countries) Rules, 2015. The Customs Tariff [Determination of Origin of Products under the Duty Free Tariff Preference Scheme for Least Developed Countries] Rules, 2008, brought in by Notification No. 100/2008 - Cus NT dated 13.8.2008, are superseded.
Consequently, the new rules are mentioned in the exemption notification No. 96/2008-Customs, dated 13.8.2008
