VCES - Government's Bait?
IN several Commissionerates, VCES declarations are not accepted and the declarations have been used to issue Show Cause Notices against the declarants who believed the Government and walked into the trap.
If Commissioners frustrate the good gesture of the Government like this who will ever come forward for voluntary declaration in future?
