Addressing the National Workshop on "Make in India" at Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi today, the Prime Minister said that one of his main goals has been to break down the silos in which Government operates.

He wants to change the ABCD Culture to ROAD;

Discipline

He wanted maximum movement of Men, Money, Machinery, Materials and Minerals across the country.
