The missing Notification

IN 14.11.2014 we mentioned about the missing Customs notification 99/2014-CUS(NT) which may be of any date from 16.10.2014 to 31.10.2014, both days included.

It is hoped that the missing notification does not have any revenue implication. But what is the harm in making it public?
