Anti Dumping Duty on homopolymer of vinyl chloride from EU
THE Central Government has imposed definitive anti-dumping duty on Homopolymer of vinyl chloride monomer (suspension grade) [heading 3904] originating in or exported from the European Union & Mexico and imported into India, in order to remove injury to the domestic industry.
The ADD imposed under this notification will be effective for a period of five years from 13.06.2014 unless of course the same is revoked, superseded or amended earlier.
