IBM gets Rs. 5300 Crore Income Tax Demand

THE World Press has reported that IBM India has been issued with a demand of over Rs. 5300 Crores on the allegation that IBM had under reported export earnings. IBM does not agree with the demand and promises to aggressively defend the demand.
