FTP - Amendment in Foreign Trade Policy

PARA 3.14.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy stipulates the categories of export products/sectors ineligible for Duty Credit Scrip under FMS. Now three more categories are added to the list:

1. Export of Cotton.

2. Export of Cotton Yarn.

3. Exports which are subject to Minimum Export Price or Export Duty.
