AK 47 - they have better ones

Dr. G. sreekumar Menon in our special story on AK 47 says, The AK 47 gun has become a universal favourite of legitimate armed forces as well as terrorist groups. A few years ago I had the opportunity of handling an AK 47, while undergoing a training programme in the Police Academy. “Are these the same weapons that the Naxalites have?”, I asked the Instructor. “No! They have better ones” was his terse reply.
