Cadre Review in CBEC - Proposal sent to CoS

DDT had on 21.06.2013 reported that the DG, HRD's website shows, "No Cadre Restructuring Found". Now it is found from the site "Cadre Restructuring proposal has been submitted to COS upon approval from DoPT, Deptt. of Expenditure and Hon'ble Finance Minister".
