Authorized Officers and monetary limit notified
IN supersession of the earlier notifications on the subject matter, the Central Government has authorized the following officers for the purposes of exercising powers under Section 13 read with Section 11 of the FT(DR) Act, 1992, subject to the limits specified therein.
