Export policy of Sugar
THE existing entries in Chapter 17 of Schedule 2 of ITC(HS) Classification of Export and Import Items have been substituted. The effect of this substitution is that Export of sugar under Advance Authorization would not require Release Order from Directorate of Sugar. There is no change in other conditions relating to export of sugar.
