Anti-dumping duty imposed
THE Central Government has imposed Anti-dumping duty on import of Carbon Black [Tariff Item 2803 0010] (used in rubber applications) originating in, or exported from the People's Republic of China, Thailand, Russia and Australia. This duty would be valid up to 29th July, 2014.
