FEMA - Selling Indian rupees to foreign tourists /visitors against International Credit Cards - RBI Instructions

RBI has decided that Authorised Money Changers (AMCs) may sell Indian rupees to foreign tourists /visitors against International Credit Cards / International Debit Cards and should take prompt steps to obtain reimbursement through normal banking channels.
