THERE has been some talk in Tamil Nadu recently about a Dhoti clad Tamilian becoming the Prime Minister of India and can you find a better dhoti clad Tamilian than Chidambaram? PC as PM is news even in Pakistan. Today the Daily Times of Pakistan reported, “Chidambaram, a three-time finance minister seen as a candidate for prime minister in 2014, has staked his reputation on cutting swollen fiscal and current account deficits ……”
