Anti-Dumping Duty on Phthalic Anhydride
GOVERNMENT has imposed anti dumping duty on Phthalic Anhydride originating in, or exported from, Korea RP, Taiwan (Chinese Taipei) and Israel.
The anti-dumping duty imposed under this notification shall be levied for a period of five years (unless revoked, amended or superseded earlier) from 24.12.2012 and shall be paid in Indian currency.
