THE English HM Revenue & Customs is increasingly using the services of informers to increase Revenue - and one important source is - believe it or not, spouses involved in acrimonious divorce proceedings. A spouse involved in bitter divorce litigation will be more than happy to provide information about the life partner (soon to be ex) and the HMRC is happy to use such persons.
