Raghavendra Rao Joins TIOL
Raghavendra Rao — the image was hosted by the publisher and was not captured.I met him nearly 20 years ago when he was just a newly-joined Inspector in the Central Excise Department and I felt like some watcher of the skies when a new planet swims into his ken. Raghu, as we call him is not new to TIOL Netizens as he has written several analytical incisive articles for us and had won the first prize in an essay competition conducted by us. He brings with him over two decades of experience in the Customs and Central Excise Department.
An extract from 07.02.2005, "Do you know how to calculate the education cess payable by the EOUs while making DTA clearances?
