Common Adjudicating Authority Appointed

CBEC has appointed the Joint Commissioner or Additional Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, NhavaShevaas Common Adjudicating Authority for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to A.S. Enterprises, issued by the Joint Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Ahmedabad.
