Adieu to Sections 65, 65A, 66 and 66A
THE Sections 65, 65A, 66 and 66A, sought to be deleted from the Statute by Section 143 of the Finance Act, are now to be history with effect from 1st July 2012. These are to be replaced by a new set of provisions with different Section Numbers.
