ICD Kalinganagar Notified
CBEC has notified Kalinganagar in Orissa as an Inland Container Depot under Section 7(aa) of the Customs Act.
As per Section 7(aa) of the Customs Act, the Board "may by notification in the official Gazette, appoint the places which alone shall be Inland Container Depots for the unloading of imported goods and the loading of export goods or any class of such goods."
