Adjudicating Authorities Notified for DRI SCNs
CBEC has assigned various Commissioners of Central Excise in Kolkata Central Excise Zone to act as adjudicating authorities in respect of twenty four Show Cause Notices issued by Customs authorities and DRI to various noticees.
