Anti Dumping on Sodium Tripoly Phosphate - Withdrawn

PROVISIONAL anti dumping duty was imposed on Sodium Tripoly Phosphate originating in, or exported from, People's Republic of China, by Notification No. 96/2010-Cus dated 21.09.2010.

Definitive anti dumping duty on the product for a period of five years with effect from the date of imposition of provisional anti-dumping duty, that is, the 21st September 2010, was imposed by Notification No. 58/2011-Cus dated 08.07.2011.

Now this Notification No. 58/2011-Cus, is rescinded.
