Definitive Anti Dumping Duty on Geogrid/Geostrips/Geostraps

BASED on the recommendation of the Designated Authority, the Government has imposed definitive anti dumping duty Geogrid / Geostrips / Geostraps made of polyester or Glass fiber in all its forms (including all widths and lengths) falling under Chapters 39, 55, 56, 59 and 70 originating in, or exported from China PR.
This anti dumping duty will be levied for a period of five years (unless revoked, superseded or amended earlier) from 24.01.2012.
