Exchange of Information - Cayman Islands - Comes into Force

THE Agreement between the Government of the Republic of India and Government of the Cayman Islands for the exchange of information relating to taxes was signed at Cayman Islands on the 21st day of March 2011;

Government directs that all the provisions of the said Agreement, shall be given effect to in the Union of India forthwith.
