Exemption to Goods from BCPL - Rescinded
THE Government of India, on being satisfied that is necessary in the public interest so to do , exempted goods manufactured and cleared from Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited, from the whole of the excise duty. The exemption was to be in force for a period not exceeding ten years from the date of commencement of commercial production.
The Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , has now rescinded the exemption Notification.
