Where does the Petro price go?

UNION Minister of State for Finance SS Palanimanickam told the Rajya Sabha yesterday that the Revenue collected from petroleum crude and products in the last three years was as:

Last year they collected 1,02,827 Crores as indirect taxes on crude and petro products. This is about 30 percent of the total Indirect Taxes Revenue!
