Central Excise - Exemption - Mega Power Projects
THERE is an exemption under Central Excise, 6/2006–C.E DATED 01.03.2006 too for Mega Power Projects and Ultra Mega Power Projects and the existing conditions 26 and 28 under the said Notification are replaced by a new set of conditions.
