CESTAT Members Transfer - Modification
ON 1.7.2011, two Members of the Tribunal, were transferred, one to Bangalore and one to Mumbai. Now the President has kept in abeyance the transfer of Technical Member BSV Murthy, who will continue to hear Single Member matters at Ahmedabad till further orders.
