Anti-Dumping Duty imposed on Sewing Machine Needles
CENTRAL Government has imposed anti dumping duty on ‘sewing machine needles' falling under Chapter 8452.30 of Customs Tariff Act, 1975 and originating in or exported from the People's Republic of China. The anti-dumping duty shall be levied at the rate specified in the notification for a period of five years (unless revoked, superseded or amended earlier) from the date of this notification.
