FTP - Export of Gaur Gum
GOVERNMENT has amended Notification No. 50/2009-2014 Dated 06.07.2010 under the Foreign Trade Policy 2009-14 to stipulate that export of Guar gum to EU would be allowed only if it does not contain Penta Chlorophenol (PCP) in any proportion. Earlier, consignments of Guar gum when exported to EU were allowed presence of upto 0.01 mg/Kg. of Penta Chlorophenol (PCP).
