Appendix 25A of HBP amended periodicity of Bank Guarantee
DGFT has amended Appendix 25A of Handbook of Procedures Vol.I (Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms) 2009-2014:
Validity of Bank Guarantee is harmonized with provisions of Customs Circular No. 58/2004 dated 21.10.2004 as amended from time to time. In addition, specific contact details like E-mail ID, Phone Number/FAX Number of the exporter and the Bank are to be provided.
