Export of Cotton Yarn - Restricted
GOVERNMENT has made export of cotton yarn restricted w.e.f 1.12.2010. The export of cotton yarn (Tariff Codes 5205, 5206 & 5207) was earlier subject to registration of export contracts with Textile Commissioner, Mumbai. Now,the export of cotton yarn has been restricted and export will now be permitted under licence.
