All India Jurisdiction for Customs Commissioners
BY Notification No. , dated the 7th March, 2002, the Government had notified the jurisdiction of Commissioners of Customs and other officers. Now the government has stipulated that Commissioners shall have jurisdiction over the whole of India for the purpose of adjudicating the cases as assigned to them by the Board.
