Service Tax – Outdoor Catering – Mid-Day Meal Scheme Exempted
The Central Government has granted exemption from service tax for outdoor catering provided by a Non Government Organisation registered under any Central Act or State Act, under the Centrally assisted Mid-Day Meal Scheme. Who will get this exemption?
