WORLD Customs Organization, Secretary General Dr. Kunio Mikuriya was in New Delhi on 22nd and 23rd July 2010. He met senior Customs officers, the Revenue Secretary, Business Associations and the probationers at NACEN. As reported by us earlier, the Indian Customs could not arrange a meeting for him with our Finance minister.
