Definitive Anti Dumping Duty on import of Diethyl Thio Phosphoryl Chloride imports from China
CENTRAL Government has imposed definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of Thio Phosphoryl Chloride falling under Chapter 28 or 29 or 38 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, originating in, or exported from, People's Republic of China based on the recommendations of the Designated Authority. The anti-dumping duty on the said imports shall be levied for a period of five years (unless revoked, superseded or amended earlier by the Government) from the date of imposition of the provisional anti-dumping duty, i.e. June 22, 2009 and this shall be payable in Indian currency.
