DFCE – Cenvat Credit

Government has amended EXIM Policy, 2002-2007 to provide for Cenvat Credit/ Drawback on the Additional Customs duty/excise duty paid in cash or through debit under the DFCE entitlement certificate. Further a new condition that the FOB value of exports in 2003-04 shall not be less than in the previous year is added.
