Taxation of Perks – CBDT makes minor correction in Notification No. 94/2009

BY Notification No. 94/2009 dated 18.12.2009, the CBDT had amended the Income Tax Rules regarding taxation of perks under ‘salaries'. ( – 21.12.2009)
Now the CBDT has made some minor corrections in the notification like “credit card” for “credit care”
