Duty Free Imports from Korea
GOVERNMENT has exempted a large number of goods imported from Korea from the whole of Customs Duty in accordance with the provisions of the Customs Tariff (Determination of Origin of Goods under the Preferential Trade Agreement between the Governments of the Republic of India and the Republic of Korea) Rules, 2009, published in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. , dated the 31st December, 2009.[please see yesterday's DDT]
