MAYTAS allowed to exit from SEZ

MAYTAS is SATYAM reversed – Satyameva Jayathe – reversed SATYAM cannot succeed. Now the Board of Approvals for SEZs has allowed MAYTAS to withdraw its bio-tech SEZ . The Company is required to refund Rs. 31 Lakhs of Service Tax exemption it had availed.
