Board Appoints Officers for Adjudication of DRI cases
The Central Board of Excise and Customs in exercise of its powers in terms of Sections 4(1) and 5(1) of the Customs Act, 1962 has appointed specific authorities to adjudicate show cause notices issued by DRI.
