Provisional Anti Dumping Duty on DETPC
THE Government has imposed Provisional Anti Dumping Duty on imports of Diethyl Thio Phosphoryl Chloride, commonly known as DETPC falling under heading 2930, originating in or exported from, the People's Republic of China.
The anti-dumping duty imposed shall be effective up to and inclusive of the 21st December, 2009, and shall be payable in Indian currency.
