SEZ units – gold obtained on loan basis.
The DGFT has stipulated that SEZ units obtaining gold/silver/platinum from the nominated agencies on loan basis shall export gold/silver/platinum jewellery within 90 days from the date of release. However this restriction will not apply in case of out right purchase of gold.
